It means that after 30 days after Purchase on ebay that Ebay will not help you or do anything at all if you realise you have been scammed or sold fake stamps after 30 days! So you buy a book of 8 x 1st class stamps off of ebay, which most of the time on ebay are counterfeit. You post a letter 21 days after purchasing, 10 days later your recipient gets a fine from Royal Mail for you using a fake stamp, you contact Ebay and Ebay will do nothing at all as by now it is 31 days!
Furthermore buying something on ebay VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES AFTER 30 DAYS. Regardless of if an item says it has a warranty after 30 days this does not apply. We recently bought a Laptop Battery with a 5 year Warranty, which is still being sold on Ebay on the same listing we bought it on saying “5 Year Warranty” but the seller refuses to refund and ebay said as the battery broke after 30 days they will not do anything!
